NOTE: Firehouse Santa will be coming to Selby this Sunday. If you would like to donate something, but can not be there on Sunday evening, then please bring your donation to the holiday party and we'll get your donation to Santa.

** Firehouse Santa **
The Woodland Beach Volunteer Fire Department will be escorting Santa around Edgewater and Mayo again this year. They will stop in Selby around 7:00pm and will ONLY STOP AT THE CLUBHOUSE. We all love to see Santa and it's a great photo op, but it is also a great chance to give to those in need during the holidays. Please bring a wrapped gift labeled with "boy" or "girl" and appropriate age range and/or size. Don't forget the older kids too (13 to17)! They will also be collecting new clothing.

This year the WBFVD is sponsoring Backpacks of Love and is encouraging everyone to bring an item to help fill backpacks to give to children who need to be removed from their environments. This is an amazing program and they rely on donations from our local communities. You can learn more about The Blue Ribbon Project and their "Backpacks of Love" program at:

www.blueribbonproject.org

If you would like to donate an item/s to The Blue Ribbon Project for the Backpacks of Love program and will not be able to see Santa on Sunday evening, then feel free to bring your donation with you to the holiday party and we will make sure Santa gets it. Here is a small list of the items they are looking for. There is a more comprehensive list on the website. Travel items are fine to donate. Please make sure that all items are new.

Shampoo/Conditioner
Deodorant
Toothpaste
Shaving Cream
Disposable Razors
Comb/Brush
Hair Ties
Body Wash
Bath Puff
Feminine Pads
Lotion
Teether
Baby Wipes
Diaper Cream
